Is your specialty still open in your market?
One firm per specialty, per market. For firms that compete nationally, the market is the segment they compete in. When we take a firm on, nobody else in that field gets the program — so before you ask for the audit, check that yours is still open.

The check
Pick your specialty. Name your market.
The register lists every specialty-and-market pair a firm has already taken. We never say who. Open means the first firm to complete the audit and engage takes it.
Compete nationally? Type the segment you compete in instead of a place — “IP litigation for software companies”, “M&A advisory for mid-market sellers”. We confirm the field with you on the readout call.
How exclusivity works
Three words, defined so they hold.
Specialty
What you sell, not your industry. Family law is a specialty; “law” is not. Orthopedic and spine surgery is a specialty; “medicine” is not.
The list you pick from above is the list we sell. A firm in the same industry but a different specialty is outside your field — and yours is outside theirs.
Market
Where you compete for clients. A metro area, a county or a group of counties — recorded in your agreement by name, so it cannot drift when ambitions do.
Firms that compete nationally get a segment instead of a place: the category of client, matter or transaction size they compete in.
Reserved
Taken means taken. While a firm is engaged, we decline every competitor in its field — and we tell the client, without naming the prospect, that we did.
A field opens again only when an engagement ends. If yours is reserved, request the audit anyway: you keep the findings, and you are first in line.
The promise is written the same way on every industry page, in the client agreement and here: one firm per specialty, per market. It is a promise about who we will work with — never a promise about what any AI system says. That part we measure, weekly, and show you how.
Next step
Open? The audit is how you claim it.
The free Visibility Audit runs your market’s real buyer questions across five AI engines and shows you the answers, word for word. Complete it, decide, and the field is yours — before the firm across town checks this page.
