Foundation · Website, brand, entity & data layer

AI can’t recommend a firm it can’t verify. Start with a foundation it can.

Before an AI engine names you, it checks you: does your site say what you do, does your record match across Google, Bing, Apple and your profession’s directories, does your contact form work. Foundation builds that layer for your firm — copy, site, brand, entity, intake, analytics, email and photography — on accounts you own. Then the visibility program runs on top of it.

Before an answer engine names your firm, it looks for these.

A site that says what you do — one clear specialty, one clear market, in plain language
A record that matches everywhere — same name, address, phone and specialty on Google, Bing, Apple, LinkedIn and your directories
Proof it can read — credentials, results you may state, reviews, an author with a name
A way in that works — a form that reaches a person, a phone that’s answered, mail that lands

Which of these does your firm pass today? The engine won’t tell you. Foundation makes it all four.

You own everythingevery account, file and login in your name
Your profession’s rules, in every lineadvertising and disclosure rules built in
One team, copy to launchno hand-offs between a writer, a designer and a developer
Built to be measuredthe visibility program plugs straight in

The problem

Your site was built to impress a person. AI reads it differently.

Your reputation is real. Your web presence probably isn’t reading that way. A template site that never says exactly what you do or where. A Google listing set up by whoever built the last site. A phone number that differs by one digit between three directories. A contact form that emails an address nobody checks. None of it looks broken to a visitor. All of it looks unverifiable to a machine deciding whether to put your name in an answer.

When someone asks Google AI Mode for a local professional, it draws on Google Business Profile data 79.8% of the time; when AI Overviews answers, it cites the business’s own website 73.5% of the time (SteadyDemand, 2026). Both surfaces read the same record. If the record disagrees with itself, neither trusts it.

You can’t fix this with one more blog post. Content earns citations only once there is a verified entity for the citations to attach to. That entity — site, record, proof, intake — is the foundation. It gets built once, correctly, and everything after compounds on it.

Modern architectural detail with clean repeating lines in soft light
A foundation is not a launch. It is the thing every later result stands on.

What Foundation includes

Everything a verifiable firm needs, built by one team, owned by you.

Scoped per firm. Some practices need all of it; some already have half. The audit tells us which — and tells you before you commit to anything.

Positioning and copy.Every page written to get your firm chosen — one specialty, one market, your rules — by a copywriter, not a template
Design and brand.A design system that looks like your practice, refined from what you have or built from scratch
The site itself.Built on managed hosting in your name, hardened, backed up, exported quarterly, fast on a phone
The entity and data layer.Google Business Profile, Bing Places, Apple Business Connect, LinkedIn, and the directories AI trusts for your profession — one consistent record, plus schema and llms.txt
Intake and CRM.Forms that reach a person and land in your CRM, with consent-aware tracking that respects the law where you practice
Analytics that count.GA4, Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools set up under your identity, with the AI-referral channels visible from day one
Email that lands.DNS, SPF, DKIM and DMARC done properly, mailboxes on your domain
Photography.Headshots and office images shot for the site — the founder photographs the firms we work with himself
Policies, launch crawl and handover.Privacy and terms for your jurisdiction, a full acceptance crawl before cutover, and every login handed to you

Nothing runs on our servers that you would lose if we disappeared. Every automation we build lives in systems you own.

Two ways to buy it

On its own, or as the first layer of the full program

Foundation

For the firm whose site, record and intake need rebuilding before anything else makes sense.

Everything above, scoped to what your firm is missing, delivered by one team from the first line of copy to the acceptance crawl. You leave with a site and a record an AI engine can verify — and with every account in your name.

Scope Foundation

Foundation + Visibility

For the firm that wants the whole stack: the foundation, then the measured program on top of it.

Foundation first, then the AI visibility engagement runs on it: your 0–100 score frozen as a baseline, the same client questions re-asked across five engines every week, cited authority drafted for your approval, one firm per specialty per market. One team, one plan, one weekly report.

Start with the free audit

Pricing is shared in your audit readout, after we’ve seen what your firm already has. No package fits every practice, so we don’t sell one.

What this looks like in practice

A firm that lived on referrals, now findable by the machine the referral checks.

A Southern California law firm came to us with one source of business — referrals — and a template site that said little about what the firm actually did. We wrote every page, designed and built the site on hosting the firm owns, set up its record across Google, Bing, Apple, LinkedIn and the legal directories, wired the intake form into its CRM, set up analytics and authenticated email, and photographed the attorney ourselves. Its baseline visibility score was frozen before launch.

On the third day the new site was live, a prospective client found it and submitted the intake form. No campaign, no ad, no referral — a person with a real matter, arriving through the front door the firm had never had.

Asked to evaluate that site, Google’s AI Mode picked out exactly what was engineered into it: one named attorney, three named geographies, a positioning line stated in plain words, and a clean structure a machine can parse — and called it the blueprint for a firm moving from a word-of-mouth baseline to a digital asset. That is what a foundation is for.

Questions

Questions firms ask before they start

We already have a website. Do we need Foundation?

Maybe not all of it. The free audit shows exactly what an AI engine can and can’t verify about your firm today — site, record, proof, intake — and we scope only what’s missing. Plenty of firms need the entity and data layer and nothing else.

Who owns the site, the accounts and the content?

You do. Hosting, domain, Google, analytics, CRM, email — every account is created in your firm’s name and every login is handed to you at launch. If we disappeared tomorrow, nothing you paid for goes with us.

How does this respect our profession’s advertising rules?

They are written into the copy and the workflow, not checked at the end. Whether that is your state bar, the SEC Marketing Rule, your medical board, the AICPA Code, a licensing display requirement or the FTC’s endorsement rules, you approve every word before it publishes, and the disclosures your profession requires are on the page.

Can you work with the site we have instead of rebuilding it?

Often, yes. If your site is sound but your record, intake or analytics aren’t, we fix those on the site you have. If the site itself is the problem — a template that can’t say what you do, hosting you don’t control — we tell you that plainly in the readout.

How long does it take?

It depends on what you have and how fast you review. We give you a dated plan in the readout, with the review windows marked, and we don’t start until you’ve seen it. We don’t publish timelines on this page because a promise that doesn’t know your firm isn’t worth making.

What does it cost?

It’s scoped per firm and shared in your audit readout. What you should know now: nothing here is a subscription you can’t leave, and nothing in Foundation is priced to make you dependent on us afterward.
